Most web designers mock up a homepage, then ask for money before they'll build the rest. We don't. We rebuild your whole site first: every page, hand-coded from scratch, shaped around the design inspiration you love with a little of our own taste mixed in.
You see the finished website without spending a penny. Then you decide.

Northaw is tiny. The green, the church, The Sun, and the woods behind it. There is no high street to be found on, so the businesses working out of here get their work from reputation and recommendation.
That works beautifully right up until the person recommending you says your name and the other person types it into their phone. If nothing sensible comes up, the recommendation quietly dies there.
Most Northaw businesses are trades and services covering a much wider patch: EN6, Cuffley, Potters Bar and down towards Barnet. Their website has to carry that whole area, not just the village.
It also has to look like the standard of work they actually do. In a place this small, looking cheap online undoes years of doing the job properly.

Yes. We are in Brookmans Park, about two miles and five minutes across the lanes, so this is genuinely our patch rather than an area we claim to cover.
Because we make our money on the monthly fee rather than a big build cost up front. It is a pay monthly website: you pay nothing for the design and build, then a flat monthly amount that covers hosting, the domain, security, backups and your content updates. Usually we would rather rebuild it, and since the build is free that costs you nothing. Send us the link and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping or starting again.
That is what we build it for, but nobody can promise a Google position, and a village this size has very little search on its own name. The realistic aim is to be found across EN6 and the surrounding villages, with Northaw as your base, which is exactly how we would build it.
You do, once you finish the 24 month term. Then it is yours to take anywhere. Cancel before that and the site comes down, so it is worth being clear on from the start. Your domain is always yours though, whatever happens. We never take ownership of it.
