A village full of trades, and hardly a decent website between them.
Goffs Oak has a proper working business base. Builders, landscapers, groundworkers, plant hire, nurseries and everything that grew up around the Lea Valley glasshouses, spread along Newgate Street Road and the lanes off it.
Almost all of it runs on vans, boards and word of mouth, which is why so many of these firms have either no website at all or one somebody's nephew built in 2016.
Meanwhile the customers have changed. Somebody sees the van, looks you up that evening, and compares you against two Cheshunt firms with tidy sites and a row of Google reviews.
You do not need a flashy site to win that. You need one that loads fast, shows the work, says EN7 and the areas around it, and makes ringing you take one tap.

Yes. We are in Brookmans Park, about five miles and fifteen minutes away, and we work right across EN6, EN7 and the villages between.
Because we make our money on the monthly fee rather than a big build cost up front. It is a pay monthly website: you pay nothing for the design and build, then a flat monthly amount that covers hosting, the domain, security, backups and your content updates. Rather own the site outright and pay for it once? We do that too. See the pricing
Usually we would rather rebuild it, and since the build is free that costs you nothing. Send us the link and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping or starting again.
That is what we build it for, but nobody can promise a Google position. The good news is that competition on Goffs Oak itself is thin, so a site that names the village and the trade clearly, with your Google Business Profile pointing at it, tends to move fairly quickly.
You do, once you finish the 24 month term. Then it is yours to take anywhere. Cancel before that and the site comes down, so it is worth being clear on from the start. Your domain is always yours though, whatever happens. We never take ownership of it.
