General
We are in Brookmans Park in Hertfordshire, about twenty minutes north of London. Most shoots are somewhere in Hertfordshire or London. We go further when a job needs it, and travel is itemised on the quote so there are no surprises.
No. Most of our clients are local because that is where we are, but we shoot nationally, internationally, and travel wherever the job needs us.
Yes. The portfolio page has full films with the production credits for each one, so you can see the kind of thing we make before you talk to us.
Yes, but stills are a separate job with a separate skill set, so a photographer is an additional cost on top of the film. Running both on the same day is still cheaper than booking two shoots.
Pricing & quotes
Promos start at £2,500 and brand films at £4,500. Bigger productions are priced per project. All prices exclude VAT, and the pricing page breaks down what sits inside each one.
Everything, itemised: crew, kit, shoot days, editing, colour grade, sound mix and your rounds of revisions. One number agreed before we start, with no day-rate creep once we do.
Only for cinematography-only bookings, where you already have a production and want our camera department. Everything else is a fixed project price.
Half to book the shoot dates and hold the crew, the balance on delivery of the final film.
Tell us early and we will requote before anything is booked. Changes after the shoot are quoted separately so you always see the cost before you approve it.
The shoot
Most projects are half a day to two days on location. We will tell you exactly what we need before you commit to anything.
It depends on the film. The smallest jobs are a two-person crew. Larger productions bring a full camera, sound and lighting team. We only bring the people the film actually needs.
No. Plenty of films work entirely on voiceover, footage of the work and interviews with your team. If nobody wants to be the face of it, we build it another way.
We build a wet-weather plan into the schedule. If the film genuinely depends on the outdoors, we will move the date rather than shoot something you will not want to use.
For most locations, no. Where a permit or a location fee applies we arrange it, and it appears on your quote before you agree to it.
Edit & delivery
Standard delivery is three weeks from the shoot. Faster is possible when you need it, at a rush rate agreed up front.
Two on a promo, three on a brand film. Anything beyond that is quoted, and we will always tell you before the meter starts.
A master file plus versions cut for your website and each social platform in the right aspect ratios. Everything ready to upload, nothing you have to re-export yourself.
Yes. Burnt into the picture or supplied as a separate file, priced per version.
Rights & music
You do. All rights transfer to you on final payment, with no time limit and no extra usage fee later.
Yes, on any channel you like, for as long as you like. That is included.
Every track is properly licensed for your website and social media channels, and that is included. Commercial use such as paid advertising needs a different licence, which we quote separately.
Not as a rule. Keeping the rushes is your responsibility, and we hand them over on a drive at the end of the job. You can supply the drive or we can supply one at cost plus handling. Clients on a retainer are the exception: we archive the whole project for twelve months.
